Now that you have carefully and thoughtfully gone through your expenses one by one, deciding what you really need and which are indispensable, you can organize them. Following this step will make you feel capable and you will start seeing things clearly, not only in your finances but within yourself and also in relation to your surroundings.

After the selection, you need a new list, where only those expenses you think are required and vital will be shown. This new list will be the one you are going to use to note all expenses every month. This could be an example

Now you have a taste of what it means to be in control of your finances. You will start recognizing what are “real needs”. You will notice the strength of deciding where to spend your money, and you will also know, that you want to invest in things you have only being dreaming of of getting when you have money.

Clear and organized costs is a way of pampering yourself and inspiration will take place.

Now take a moment and ask yourself:

. Am I taking care of myself?

. Do I recognize now the vital costs?

. Do I feel less overwhelmed and stressed because of my financial situation,?

. Am I beginning to feel relaxed and satisfied with what I have achieved so far?

Spend the week looking over your choices and adjusting if needed. Next week there will be another step.
